Big News Ahead…

*This post is a part of my work with Progresso, however all opinions are completely honest and my own. For more information please see the PR tab above. Thank you!

If you’ve been watching my twitter or instagram or saw my post on the DUMBO Arts Festival you might have noticed that something has been cooking between me and Progresso – well, I’m pleased to announce that this weekend I will be heading to the New York City Wine & Food Festival as a Progresso Artisan Ambassador!

NYWFF

Having tasted the soups, I’m so excited to be sharing this line of soups with you – they’re amazing! Progresso’s new line of Artisan Soups, available in East Coast grocery stores, was designed around the concept of celebrating Progresso’s heritage and tradition of quality. Which pretty much means that this line of soup is certain to be an exciting collection of great flavors!

The line includes five soups: Creamy Tomato with Roasted Red Peppers, Masala Curry Butternut Squash, Rustic Tomato with Chicken and Dumplings, Creamy Potato with Sausage and Kale, and Smoky White Bean and Winter Vegetables. Sounds good, huh? Look out for my complete review of the whole line later this month, as well as a recap of my experience as a Progresso Artisan Soup Ambassador!

Meanwhile, I had a chance to briefly chat with Heidi Teod, Ph.D – the culinary expert behind Progresso’s new line of Artisan Soups. She was very excited to share Progresso’s new soup line at NYW&FF and said that creating the line was a “wonderful opportunity to explore and use ingredients to create a contemporary take on traditional soup!”

I also love the flavor blueprints that Progresso has for each soup – they’re amazing, check out the rest of them on their site here!

Heidi gave me so much insight to the Progresso Artisan Soup line, and I can’t wait to share it with you – so be sure to follow along with the #ProgressoAmbassador hashtag, and let me know what you think!
